For the month of March we challenged and educated our teams on the importance of reducing food waste. To put these learnings into practice 3 teams from the Ardmore group went head-to-head in Ready, Steady REDUCE! A food waste cookery challenge involving leftovers, yellow sticker items and a little creativity.
