In 2021 MCS was appointed as the exclusive recruitment partner for the new ASOS centre of excellence in Belfast. The challenge was on to help them launch and recruit hundreds of candidates for these new roles.

“Find Your Perfect Fit” was itself the perfect recruitment advertising concept for this campaign. The fashion flickbook creative mixed and matched the iconic ASOS packaging, with MCS branding, fashion and IT to grab the attention of the audience and get them excited about Belfast’s new arrival – driving thousands of hits and hundreds of applications… plus position MCS as the exclusive recruitment partner.
