Due to the success of the Autumn 2014 and February 2015 yLink campaign, we developed plans to roll out a 3rd burst. The burst was to refresh the idea of yLink in peoples’ minds, especially students coming back to Uni for the new term in February.
The campaign was rolled out across Northern Ireland on radio, as well as on social media, 48 sheets, 6 sheets, streetliners and station poster sites. An Adshel wrap was local outside Queen’s University – an area heavily populated by the audience- was also utilized.
To further engage and interact with young people, we used a promotional team to go along to concerts including Nikki Menaj, McBusted and The Vamps. Dressed in yLink branded hoodies, they handed out promotional leaflets and ultimately raised awareness of the Translink youth service.
